His experience developed as a project estimator for a roofing contractor, then after relocating to California, as client relationship manager in building material distribution and a rep agency.

In 2014, he established an independent roofing representation organization, which is now Complx Roofing Solutions.

Keith Colõn has worked in the roofing and waterproofing industry for twenty years as an installer, project manager, distribution manager, and now managing partner with Complx Roofing Solutions.
His experiences in the roofing industry have helped elevate his expertise in low slope roofing materials, as well as steep slope applications. Kei

His experiences in the roofing industry have helped elevate his expertise in low slope roofing materials, as well as steep slope applications. Keith performs technical solutions specific to the contractor and building owner needs while performing management functions for our team and manufacturers.
Outside of the office Keith is an avid travel enthusiast and ice hockey player. He lives in Southern California with his wife and two dogs.

Kat Boyd was born and raised in the roofing industry, growing up and working for her family business.
She also spent a number years in property management, project management, and marketing as well.
As the General Manager for Southern California,
she supports our team, partnered contractors, distributors. She personally account manages the Inland Empire, along with San Diego County.

AJ David joined the roofing industry in 2021, as an inside sales associate for a distribution, serving contractors in Orange and Southeastern Los Angeles Counties.
In 2023, a position as an outside representative opened up, which developed his interpersonal skills further, and allowed the opportunity to travel around Southern California

At Complx Roofing Solutions, AJ's role is to open new doors, assist and maintain key accounts, and educate our clients on our the latest innovations and products. His accounts management spans Los Angeles County.

Her career was originally established in building products, where she met Dan working on a rooftop for the United Nations in NYC.
Her role in the company typically is conducted in the background, with an emphasis on operations, marketing, and administration.
